Arkan for training, research and administrative consulting, is an integrated system of various scientific and practical training programs, and includes distinguished cadres of lecturers and trainers holding higher academic degrees and retired military experts of both sexes, whether from the armed forces, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, police commanders and other security institutions, which enables them to Providing the best and finest training services and management consulting to support, qualify and develop programs and plans of federal and local government institutions and various sectors of society to achieve the highest productivity rates and indicators of global competitiveness and excellence.

The Association of Retired Military Personnel, through the Training and Development Center, seeks to be a center of excellence locally and regionally in the field of training, and contributes to building and developing the capabilities and skills of military personnel, retirees, job seekers, and workers in community institutions, including holders of master’s and doctoral degrees and scientific certificates for transfer to various employees in government institutions. and workers in civil society organizations.

Arkan Center will provide distinguished training programs and consultations in accordance with international standards, which meet the needs of the ministries and federal and local authorities in the country with the aim of achieving better performance that helps raise the efficiency of workers and institutional excellence.
